If there are more than the allotted participants on each team we will form a wait list.

Participants will be chosen based on the following:

  •  Athletes who have participated in mountain biking in previous years

  • Athletes whose families have completed the required amount of volunteer hours necessary to being a member of CCMS, you can find that information here: Volunteer — Cloud City Mountain Sports I strongly suggest you look at the tracking sheet and make sure that your hours are up to date and accurate.  If you have a question regarding your volunteer status please email sherri@cloudcitymountainsports.org. Remember, CCMS does not exist without our volunteers, and there are many opportunities throughout the year to volunteer.

  • Athletes who have completed their 2 hour trail work requirement from previous session(s)

  • Athletes who are enrolled in Lake or Chaffee County schools

  • Athletes who are able to participate for at least 75% of the practices. Please be as honest and accurate about this in the application as you can.
